The Face Matters Routine

Massage a small amount of Balm all over face including eyes to remove even waterproof eye make up.
Remove with damp eco towel.
 

Two pumps of Face Off Cleanser on damp hands and massage all over face and neck.
Remove with damp eco towel.
 

Two pumps of Face Food Serum massaged all over face. Gua Sha massage works brilliantly here.
 

Finish with tiny amount of All About Face Balm for extra nourishment.

Once a week use a Clay Based Face Mask. Make it part of your Sunday evening routine and then you won’t forget, but you’ll really see the difference.
 

At bedtime use a retinol before the Face food Serum. I recommend Retinol by Indeed Laboratories.
 

Remember to use a sunscreen and include neck and décolleté. I really like the Heliocare mineral fluid.
 

For nourishment some of you will just need the Face Food Serum and some just the All About Face Balm. Whichever works for you, use your instinct and if you aren’t sure then drop me a line. The Gua Sha works brilliantly with both and you’ll see real results.
